call+SMS Filter stopped working

Ever since i installed Nokia Black, I can no longer add blocked calls and SMS to my phone! It says cll+SMS filter cannot be opened. Please check store for an update. Anyone else run into this problem? If this has been covered, please point me to the thread. And the admin can delete this one. Thanks very much in advance!!
