Okay, I've been told why we're not getting free overnight. Apparently it only works for orders done BEFORE 4:30pm. So if this would've leaked early, like before 4:30 we wouldve gotten the free overnight. Now we have to wait until 6 or 7am for the offer to reset.

....or you can call Telesales before they close and sweet-talk them into giving you the free overnight.

I just got off the phone with a VZW rep who was incredibly helpful, seeing as I'm not the main # on the account. He got me all set up and my order for the Trophy is in!!! I didn't spring for the overnight shipping, hoping I can arrange an in-store pick up with FedEx once I have the tracking number. This is my first smartphone and I'm STOKED!

I was able to get it for nothing. It starts at $149, got the online discount of $50 off and had $100 NE2 discount. Glad my Storm 1 held out til now.

i wonder what it takes to score that... i've been w/ VZW coming up on 6yr straight...

Before I orderd, my account stated that if I was eligible for a upgrade discount, but if I wait on or after 8/21/11 (when my contract actually ends), I will get a loyalty discount. Doesn't it make more sense to get a bigger discount before your contract ends?

Where did you stand with your account?

man this is weird stuff. the big ad page (/htc/trophy) shows $149. if i log out of my account & browse the phones, find the trophy, and view its price, it says it's $199 w/ a $50 online discount. IIRC, there was a $50 MIR as well...
