Calling issue on Lumia 535

It is my first post ever in WC. So my boyfriend was trying to call with my L535 and the phone added self some random international code infront. The phone is currently running win10 build is .420 carrier is t-mobile NL. Any ideas what might cause that?

Try disabling "International assist" in "Settings"---> "System" ---> "Phone", under "dialling".

Huh, thats strange... I have had that always on ,but it has never messed up so bad... I try that off option. Thanks
