Camera pictures wont upload to One Drive

I have a Lumia 650 running windows 10.
The On/Off slider wont move over to turn the auto back up on. It is asking me to sign in with my personal MS account to allow me to continue.
This is a work phone and when I try to sign in with my MS business account t says that this account does not exist.

Also having problems with onedrive sync today on all devices (2phones and a laptop). Everything was fine earlier today. Could there be a one-drive problem?
