camera problem with 720

i am using lumia 720. my camera is not working. it opens n when i tap on the screen for clicking a photo, it returns to the home screen. even i m not able to take screenshots. it says couldnt take the screenshot. i have tried to switch it off n also volume down+power button.. but no help..
please reply for the same!!

Do a hard reset. Don't forget to make a backup first.

I'm pretty sure I have the same problem with a 920.

To the OP: Try accessing camera from bing search. DOes that also not work? It doesn't for me.
I can't work out what it is.

Go to setting and and swipe left find photo , and tap in ,after that reset your camera .
