Can an unlocked AT&T 1520 be used on Verizon?

Does anyone know if an unlocked AT&T 1502 can be used on Verizon's network? Microsoft is give some out as prizes in the //publish/ event and most fo the people in my area are on Verizon. I read the messages about how to configure it for T-Mobile, has been able to do the same with a 1520 on Verizon?

It can't, the 1520 will not work because of different bands and tech. Verizon uses CDMA for 3g. At&t and T-Mobile use the same tech but different frequencies.
