Can any version of the 950 XL get VOLTE on tmobile?

Sorry I am sure this question has been asked a bunch of times but I'm not sure I have found a definitive answer.

is there any variant of the 950 XL that will allow volte support (either through stock, flashed roms, whatever) on t-mobile?

VoLTE is available and specific to carrier branded phones. you should talk to your carrier whether they will allow it or not. You cant make it work using any rom, unless your carrier allows it.
