We don't know, really.

The best we can do at this point is keep rattling the gates of Microsoft hoping that it gets released before the Debian Red, or whatever it's called, firmware is released.

Take note that if you install the Developer Preview, you're willingly putting your phone at risk. Microsoft clearly states that.
