can anyone help me with low storage problems even after hard reset

Hey everyone, after a hard reset I tried some games and apps and decided to uninstall some apps. After uninstalling some apps, I must regain some space but some data is leftover thereby resulting in partial uninstallation of apps. Currently only 1GB is free, mind you I did a hard reset just couple of months back. What should I do, will w10m solve these issues? Will moving the apps to sd card result in battery drain?

AFAIK, frequent hard resets will eventually increase wear/tear on eMMC, now what should i do?

Have you tried clearing temporary files or browser history? Even apps like WC end up taking cache memory.

There's an app called Storage Cleaner. Give it a try.

Tried everything in Wp8.1 playbook. Even I filled up the entire disk using storage cleaner app and instead of freeing up the space it increased by several 100 megs. The problem is, i play a game until completion and then I uninstall it. In wp8.1 I must keep the unused apps on phone memory to prevent ever increasing other storage. Looks like, a reset can fix it, will try once stable w10m is rolled out.
