Can get Cyan update via OTA with unlocked AT&T device but outside the US ?

I have an Unlocked AT&T 1520 with 8.1 dp and I'm going to downgrade it to 8.0 to get the Cyan update but I also wonder if I can get the update via OTA with this device after I downgrade it cuz I'm not in US ?

You'll get the update wherever you happen to be as the updates go off the phone's ROM and product code.

That is so relief I'm going to downgrade it this weekend . Up for cyan and ready for GDR1 is expected next week . Thank you
