Can I buy a MS Universal stylus that works with the MS Surface 2?

I seek a stylus that I can use to write saveable, editable notes on my Surface 2 tablet. It is not a Surface Pro (2, 3,or any iteration) It is a Surface 2. I need a stylus

The Surface 2 doesn't have the hardware for the fancier stylus stuff, you're limited to those rubber ball tipped styli you see for iDevices. (NOT the iPad Pro)

Theres a lot of options there from a cheap $2 one off eBay or a fancier Wacom brand capacitive stylus.
