Can I buy a universal usb charger plug for a BLU Win JR Lte in the UK?

[Windows Central Question]

Bought this mobile from Amazon in the UK and I charge it with the usb lead plugged into my laptop or pc. I was wondering if I can charge it with a universal usb charger plugged into the mains. I have chargers from other mobiles at home too but don't want to damage this phone. Anyone know about this as the phone is made in the USA (well probably China really) but to US specs?

The factory charger asks for Output 5v 1a...

But I've used 5V 1.3a without issue. So long as it is 5v about .75 - 1.5a you should be alright. I would not go 2a. A Nokia AC-50u would be a good fit as mine gave no problems...
