Can I downgrade to 8.0 GDR3 (Lumia Black)?

8.0 GDR3 (Lumia Black) ROM download

I would like to downgrade to 8.0 GDR3, if you know the mirror link, or if you have the firmware, please share it for us.

IMO, 8.1 is a little bit sluggish, I just want to try 8.0 again.
