Can I get some help to rollback to Windows 8 .1?

I need help to rollback to Windows 8 .1

I have installed the Windows 10 preview but now, after think everything is to small in a 10 inch screen and the tablet mode unusable, i tried to roolback to Windows 8.1.
However every way or solution that I tried failed to take me back.
I really need help.

What Tablet?

Did you ever create a recovery USB stick? Is the Recovery partition intact in the onboard memory?

An Acer Switch 10. The recovery partition is gone.The recovery USB stick that I create in middle of the process tell me that something related with configurations prevents the processe to continue.
