Can I get some help with a reset?

problem with reset

i have lumia 730. i am using windows 10 10149 insider update.my phone worked very well for 2 days but today it is not getting power on. i tried to hard reset it but on hard resetting it stay on 2 wheel screen for 30 sec then it shows as sad face smiley i.e :-( and restart thn again it tries to hard reset and so on... same process is going on form since morning..my phone is in comma ...plz give some solution

Probably the battery is/was flat.
Connect it to a charger for several hours and then try again.
If that does not solve it use the WPRT or the LSRT.
