How do I reset my Lumia 650 after having preview installed?

How do I reset my Lumia 650 after having preview installed

After installing windows 10 preview it was always resetting its self and not doing any updates so I did a reset.... followed by a hard reset after getting a weird sad face after the rotating cogs.

The weird sad face (not the normal ( but a more zig zag type one) stays on the screens and then resets the phone and goes on a forever loop.

How do I break out of this loop and do a factory reset or get the latest windows 10 version on it?

You will need to use the 'Windows Device Recovery Tool'.

Easy Peasy.. You need to download the Restore Tool to your PC, install it and then plug in your phone via USB. Then follow instructions. ENSURE YOU BACK UP PRIOR.
It takes about 20 mins. The only glitches I had, were that my phone app now shows twice, and one app sticks
