Smart Dual Sim settings problem

I'm experiencing some problems with the Smart Dual Sim settings
My problem is that sim 1 does his job it forwards the calls to sim 2.

But Sim 2 gives me a error with a strange phone number, it wants to forward my calls to a strange number and I can't change that number. If I add my number and when I save it it jumps back to the strange number.

It was the voicemail! I have set it off. And it works fine now.
