Can I get some help with a Windows 10 for phones build 10052 problem?

helppp!!! Windows 10 for phones build 10052 problem

after i installed build 10052 the Phone app, People app, Cortana, Spartan and even the SETTINGS app is grey out. I cant open it. when i look in the apps list, it has the installing bar but with no progress.i waited for more than 20 min. since i cant open the settings app i cant reset my phone too.

Use wifi and turn of data connection.restart normally.go to store .setting.and check for update. If WiFi speed is good then your app is installing very quickly but because you use backup all the app take more time to backup application data.that's why app istalling take too long.i have done that its take 6-7 hours. Depending on number of you installed previously. Wait one of the app will be installing.so don't worry.
