Can I reinstall premium apps (which I own for free) after hard reset?

I know we can reinstall/restore our purchased apps (referring to this: http://forums.windowscentral.com/windows-phone-8/262751-do-i-have-purchase-apps-again-after-resetting-my-phone.html )

My question is, can I reinstall premium apps (which I own for free via app of the day @ myAppFree app) after hard reset?

Also for PC?

you should be able to.
once you own it, you own it.

Yes you can.
But there are some problems known were people could not get some premium apps (which they got for free) back after a hard reset. But this is/was a STORE error and not an deliberate attempt from developers to let you pay for the apps.
