Can I sign into my pc with Senz3d but can't install depth camera manager. What should I do?

the installer failed to detect and realsense 3d camera on this system
ver. 1.4.27.32425
have play idol hands no problems
card AMD Radeon R7 (2 GB GDDR5)
Intel? Core? i3-4150 Processor
thought I have some problems with this
processor
maybe it wouldn't work but to it does
sdk installed but not the camera manager
still no windows hello in setting ,sign-in
but sign-in three today works

windows hello is not going to work with the Logitech senz3d camera. This camera does not have the infrared that the intel realsense technology requires.
