Can not install apps with Get-button in Microsoft Store

Hi
I'm setting up my new Lumia 950 phone with the apps I need.
Most apps in the Store comes with an button with the text Install, but some apps have the text Get instead.

When I click Get, the screen shifts for a brief moment, then nothing happens.
It is very annoying since I can see that the app should work on my phone.
I have followed all suggestions about Store-related errors, like check for updates on Windows Update and in Store.
I have checked my Microsoft account and all is well.

I have not yet inserted any SIM-card in the phone, but I can't imagine why for instance the QR code scanner apps all is shown with the Get text and others like Filebox, Skype for business and more is showed with the Install button.

Is there anybody who has an idea what this is all about?

I also have the same issue (Lumia 930 running Win10M). When I first set it up it worked fine, I installed a bunch of apps etc, but recently it started doing the same thing you're describing - the screen flashes briefly then reloads, doesn't matter if it's a free app or one I've purchased before.
