Can we download any content in lock screen mode or multitasking?

only certain built in apps can continue download when under lock screen, like maps. Otherwise any other 3rd party apps cant continue download under lockscreen. Again in multitasking it depends from app to app.

Try app like loadkit and monument browser which support background as well as lock screen download support
