Can we expect anniversary update to w10m on 2 august 2016?

Can we expect update on 2 august whatever called anniversary or Redstone update?
Microsoft recently officially announced for windows 10 not include mobile device,
OR
Like MS Makes delay official W10M update hope this time they change their history.

That, at least for me, fits right in with the whole "we're not focusing on mobile this year" idea they have going

Mostly builds have been launching together for insiders (pc and mobile) so maybe just maybe they will push the update for phone users as well... MAYBE

I'm not expecting anything tho

HP Elite X3 and Acer Liquid Jade Primo are both waiting on Redstone RTM to launch those devices.

I believe if there is any lag it will be minimal. By all accounts, Bug Bash is going well in the Fast Ring and they are getting version bumps pretty fast.

As we hope for august 2 for Anniversary update,Any news about last cumulative update ( threshold update).
MSpoweruser already said that it will come on 5 July.

It is usually part of the patch Tuesday release so it could either be released on the 5th or a newer build might be released on the 12th.
