Can we still pre-order through best buy?

My brother and I might switch to ATT on a value plan so it won't be so bad.

My question is, can I still pre-order thru best buy online or in the store?

They put up the pre-order today on the website but the pre-order can be made in store only. I went to a store today to confirm it and its confirmed for pre-order here in Canada. It can only be done in store though.

Also it says its valid from today to Nov. 12 so I'm guessing release date on rogers is Lumia 920 as the rumors were saying

I wouldn't preorder at best buy now... they surely got a good bit 2 weeks ago, assuming they go in order (and they better...) your at the bottom of a possibly long list.

Id go through AT&T if it were me at this point, Id be pretty certain you would get your phone at the same time or sooner that way.
