but we can downgrade to lumia black & then update ??? so whats stopping us flashing with a cyan ROM ???

Once the availability of the update is confirmed on this page Software update for Nokia Lumia with Windows Phone 8 - Nokia we will be able to download it through the "Nokia Software Updater for Retail" tool.

It would be the best way to get the Cyan Update!!

At the moment it is offering the "Black" update since the update is not available in my region or phone...
