Can Windows Mobile 6 applications run in Windows 10 IoT Enterprise?

This is really just for my own curiosity. My work uses Motorola MC9090 Pocket PC's to handle inventory. I was wondering if the applications that it uses could be put on to a Panasonic Toughpad FZ-F1, which uses W10 Iot enterprise. Again, just curious.
