Can you use the volume rocker on the Lumia 640 to take a picture?

There is no hardware shutter button on the Lumia 640. Many android phones (and perhaps iPhones?) have the ability to use the volume rocker as a 'soft' hardware button to snap photos. Does the Lumia 640 have this functionality?
