Cannot activate Windows RT 8.1 after doing a factory reset

Damn it seems like a ton of people are having this issue, perhaps it would be a good idea to contact Microsoft to get the file so they are aware of the scale of this issue.

You know what else is odd? As soon as some posted that there is a downloadable file available, the number of people with this apparent problem grew exponentially! :shocked:
