Cannot complete purchase of Rapid Charger 2.0 on HTC website: are you able?

Has anyone else tried to add this rapid charger 2.0 to the cart at the HTC website? When I do, I get a "your cart is empty" screen. I emailed customer service but got back a message saying I have a cookie problem. How about anyone else?
 
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Are you accepting cookies on the site? Have you tried a different browser?

Yes, I've done that. And I have tried on 3 different computers and my phone with the same results. I can add any other item to the cart but not the charger.
I read that the chargers are sitting on a dock (want to bet San Diego) waiting for unloading. Wonder why I know this and CS does not.
 
I check the site everyday to see if I can make the purchase. This morning the "Add to Cart" button has been changed to "Out of Stock". Which one of you bought them all out?
