cannot download apps!

My wife has a Nokia Lumia 735 and has been having trouble downloading/updating apps. This is happening specifically at the moment on the Facebook app and on Dropbox app. Can anyone help please?

Do you get any error codes?
there are a few things you can try.
Date time and region settings need to be correct.
Soft reset and then try to update and if these don't work reinstall the apps and you should have the latest version.
