Cannot install latest cumulative update (KB3194798) - Error 0x8e5e03fa

For some reason my Windows 10 Home (x86) fails to install the latest cumulative update KB3194798 that was released a few days ago. It fails every time with error 0x8e5e03fa. Manually downloading and installing it doesn't work either, that in turn fails without an error message at all (The following updates were not installed: Security Update for Windows (KB3194798))

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi I had trouble with the update, but I finally got it to down load. You might give this a try. This will reset your updates. Then try the updates again! I have done this before and it worked for me. If it helps please post back,so I can continue to recommend it to members. The author of this fix is a trusted member in the computer world.:wink:
