Cannot make/receive calls or texts

Dear all,

I recently purchased my Nokia Lumia 920 and while everything is working fine I cannot make or receive calls. When I call someone, after 3 seconds the call just ends. I have seen a related post, however a solution was not mentioned. I have tried resetting my phone, using only 3G network but the problem remains.

Any ideas or fixes?

I would suggest getting a new SIM from your provider. The SIM might be defective.

This happened to me. I replaced the SIM card and have not had any problems since then.
