Cannot opt out of insider builds on Windows 10 build 14267

I have installed Windows 10 build 14267 on my laptop but, when I try to opt out, I click Stop Insider Builds and then I click Stop Receiving Insider Builds and a dialog box appears saying 'We Need You To Do A Few Things To Stop Receiving Builds'. When I click the link the steps are exactly what I did to get that dialog box in the first place.

How can i solve this?

Let me know if you found a way to fix this. I am currently trying out one suggested solution which was to try to revert to an earlier build and then it will allow me to opt out. I just went through recovery settings and chose that option, now I"m waiting until it shows up when I check for updates.
