Can't add Outlook Account

Hi all,
I recently jumped from 8.1 GDR 2 to Windows 10 build 10166 on my Lumia 930

I noticed that I can't add my Outlook.com account as the phone detects that it's already there.
But, I can't see any of my contacts, can't get my emails, and no calendar entries (which all of them are stored in that account)

Anyone got the same problem?
What should I do to fix this?
