Can't buy things from W10m store. Please help 😭

Ok so I'm from Philippines and I'm using a globe sim and my sim has 50 pesos load on it. I want to buy Lara Croft GO because it's on sale. Now it's only 44 pesos in the store. I tried to buy it on the store but it just says "Check your cellular Data connection and try again" with it saying "We count connect to get your authorization. But my cellular connection is so fast but why is this happening? Please help. 😭😭

I tried it on my other sim. I loaded my sim with 71 pesos. the game is 44 pesos only. but when i try ti buy it, it shows up "Recharge your account, insufficient funds" why is this happening? I want the game so badly. :crying:

So you have no high speed Wi-Fi available?
Half a gig on data is pretty hefty unless your plan is unlimited with no speed cap.

I have wifi but when i purchase it via wifi it will say that i have to use cellular data connection that's why i use data
