I need a help!... Can't download apps on Lumia 535

When i try to download apps on the windows10 mobile store the apps always stuck saying "starting download"for hours i tried shutting down phone,turning off cellular data and on it again but none of them work,so anyone please help me with your answers as i am a frequent apps+games downloader.I am using a lumia 535 dual sim

I am currently running the first version after windows 8.1 latest version,and no,its not the lattest

you should update your phone to latest version (10.0.14393.953) and also your store app

Yes,lot of issues has been fixed with anniversary update.lumia 535 also had scaling problem which hides some parts of screen in games and apps that has fixed in anniversary update

Ah, naturally I presumed you were running the latest version as every update is installed automatically after a certain period has elapsed on Windows Mobile 10.
