Can't complete download file from SkyDrive

Hi,
I am using Lumia 900, Windows Phone 7.8. Recently (around 1 month) I found that downloading file from SkyDrive couldn't complete. Actually It says finish too quick and I can't open the file. I did test for Excel, Word, PDF files, all the same result - can't open it on Lumia 900.

How to come over this problem?

The only fix that I can think off is a hard reset, but keep in mind that it will delete ALL data on your phone. There may be other ways to fix it, but I don't know any, and I haven't heard of this problem earlier :unhappy:
