Can't Create New Mail On Outlook For Windows 10 Mobile?

When I press the + button, and the new email windows opens. It's just blank with the 3 loading balls moving across the top... That's all it ever does.

I can reply to emails, but not being able to create new ones is becoming a nightmare. I also can't uninstall and reinstall it? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I'm running a Lumia 950XL.

check for updates to mail app
Also, try a soft reset to see if that helps
