Can't download anything via WU or Store. (14393.10)

I installed Windows 10 via Media Creation Tool. Updated it to 14393.10 version, then I installed all apps I wanted from Windows Store. And now I can't download anything through Windows Update (even .NET Framework 3.5) and any app from the Windows Store. Infinite searching.
I tried to stop Windows Update service, tried to delete files from SoftwareDistribution, but it doesn't work.
I don't know what to do. Maybe some settings are corrupted?

Unfortunately, it didn't helped. Sometimes, when I wake up my laptop, WU is working as it should be. But then again stopping.
