Can't download maps?

When I open maps and go to download maps, I get a message saying that I can't download maps until I close all apps using maps. The only map app have open is maps, which I assume is needed to actually, well.., download a map.

What gives?

Hold down the back arrow to get the task list to see what is open, I had the same issue I started some other map app

I don't know how to kill apps though

i had to turn of gps for it to work, wierd.

Go to the app in your task switcher, hit back until you exit out of it.
