Can't download WPC for WP8.1 pfd

Really frustrated now. Tried to update WPC app when 1080p support came but the store showed an error code. Thought uninstalling and reinstalling might help but now I can't download it. Need fix please please please.

If you're having problems downloading the app you just need to contact the support guys for Microsoft billing (billing.microsoft.com should be the address). From there raise a ticket and explain the problem and error code you get and they will be able to fix it for you. Unfortunately I as the developer have no power to help you

HARD RESET did the trick.....
