Can't find SysApp Pusher in Store.

I just factory reset-ed my Lumia 630. When I attempted to go to Store and download SysApp Pusher, the app simply wasn't there! I searched everywhere and couldn't find it. Luckily, I was able to find it when I went to MyApps and searched the history. However, this is very frustrating. Any idea why it happened?

if it was in your apps history, then nothing to worry about - the store still has glitches on searching for apps
