Can't get 4k 60hz to work on new monitor

So I just got the dell P27Q15 monitor, it's 4K and supports 4k60hz and I have it connected over displayport, but for some reason it is not working on this monitor. I reinstalled the latest drivers on my NVidia 770m on my asus G750jx, but nothing is working. Any tips on getting this to work?

Lets start with the basics... What cable are you using? If you don't have a really good cable you'll run into crazy issues.

Also start with 30Hz first
