Can't get GDR3 Final on my Rogers lumia 920

I have a rogers Lumia 920

I flash my phone a few mourh ago to get GDR2 with euro dev rom...

the Rogers Logo is not there anymore when I boot my phone

I subscribe as a microsoft devloper to get GDR3 Previews

now My OS Version is : 8.0.10512.142

I check for update but I receive a message that my phone is up to date...

will I get black or not ???

First of all, Black is not yet released for 920.
Secondly, when black update will be released and to be able to receive it you should unsubscribe from preview for developers app

I am also running a Rogers ROM Nokia 920 (flashed phone to get the Amber update) and then installed the preview for dev app. I assume you are sure about needing to unsubscribe to that app in order to get the Black update. My actual carrier is still ATT and the gdr3 update came thru with no issues and has been terrific to use. Please advise
