Can't go back to the previously opened app by pressing back or even not showing any apps

After upgrading to built #14291, I have a strange issue where I can't go back to previously opened apps by pressing back button and no opened apps are showing in recent apps list(by holding back button) except start... I can't reset my phone as there is issue stated officially by Microsoft... Is there any work around for this?? Any one experiencing same issue.. Plz help me...

Use the feedback app to report this please btw you can reset your phone, but restoring from a backup will cause problems (apps not installing correctly). So soft reset is a go and hard reset without restoring is also okay as long as you don't restore
