Can't listen to FB voice messages on Lumia 950

Have had my 950 for a couple of months. I've returned to Windows after a few months on Android and it's great to be back! However, from the start I've had problems with Facebook voice messaging. I can send messages using the Messenger App and can play back my own messages, but most of the time am unable to listen to messages from others. When I click the play arrow, the message flashes briefly but doesn't play. Have to go to laptop, which is V frustrating when trying to have a conversation! has anyone else had this problem, or any suggestions for a fix? Thanks :smile:

Yes, I've had the same problem and I am afraid that there's no fix for this issue, meaning that we have to wait for Facebook to update the app.

Yes and yes. Re-installed FB and messenger Apps today as last resort
