Can't make complete calls with 1520: how to fix?

Call ended or system busy is what I get every time I try to call. My calls cant go thru right now, but txt's do? On cyan. Is it firmware issue? Anyone with similar issue?

Try a soft reset. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset. Don't forget to back up your data before the hard reset.

Soft reset is power button + volume down button. Hold together for about 10-15 secs, then you should feel a vibration, phone restarts. Done.

My 1520 had a "call ended" a few days ago too, in the middle of a phone conversation. When i tried again it worked fine. I never had that before, only on cyan.

Thanks all for you prompt responses, did soft reset but didn't help, thank goodness I didn't do a hard reset.... Coz the issue was with network selection. Immediately i changed from 4G to 3G was able to call out.

Seems will have to hard reset, call ended is back cant call out again.
