No, No, here is the real answer and solution if you can't see the youtube video but you do have sound!
settings->internet options->show advanced options->
Select go to bottom of page and select "reset default"
After that youtube will show video's. You will have to go back in later and put your passwords and form info in because the reset will wipe all that out.
