What I was trying to do, was just type these instructions into a post, instead of attaching them in a file.

Attached is the text file of what I was trying to post. But for some reason the forum rules won't allow me to just type them in.

All I was trying to do, was copy the text from the file, and then paste it into a post.

Ah HA... I get the same error. Perfect! I'll shoot over to our tech team to take a look. There might be a specific character or something else triggering the Incapsula error.
