can't receive mms on my Lumia 520

Hi i recently bought a nokia lumia 520 go phone from att using net10 service. Can someone please help me set up mms on my phone i have tried everything and havent had any luck sending or receiving mms.

Have you called net10 CS to ask what the MMS apn settings should be?

yes i did and they told me to follow the setup that they have online. But still nothing works for me. The only way i can receive mms is through a app called whats app which sucks.

Thanks Shawn for the info. you had. After I was on the phone over an hour with net 10 they still couldn't get my phone to receive mms's. I entered everything you had listed on top and now my phone can receive mms. Thanks again:smile::smile::smile::smile:

Which one worked for you? Are you on tracfone or net10?

i have the same issue but its an at&t cell that we r using for straight talk

Ummm, have to ask, why are you wanting to use MMS? An email with attached pics is faster, easier and does not need another ISP (MMSC: above) to pass all of your private information through for their collection, perusal and marketing use.
